First choose the product that you would like to purchase. Then click on ‘add to cart’, where the product will be added to your cart. After that you can choose to go directly to checkout by clicking on “Check out”. Fill in your information and click on place order.

Yes this is possible. Make sure to put your shipping adress on the checkout page.

Pick-up is not possible unfortunately. We are a webshop and we only ship out orders.

After you placed your order, you will receive a confirmation via email.

You are able to pay safely and easily at Excellent Sneakers. We offer different payment methods and our website is secured with a SSL certificate.

You can pay via Ideal, Bancontact, Creditcard, Afterpay and Klarna. We use Rabobank as our payment gateway, where it is extra secured. This is how we can guarentee easily and safely transactions.

All of our orders are delivered with DHL. For products that we have in stock: ordered before 4 PM CET = Shipped the same day

All orders can be tracked via the track and trace code that you receive via email.
